Thé Voyage brings together the roasted calm of hojicha, the amber sweetness of Thai tea, and the spiced warmth of chai—translated into crisp caramelized shells and tender, tea-infused centers.

This collection arrives frozen, ready to be enjoyed in two ways: gently reheated for a freshly baked finish, or naturally thawed for a softer, denser texture.

KYOTO DUSK

Hojicha

Quiet, roasted, and deeply comforting.
KYOTO DUSK carries the mellow depth of hojicha, with gently toasted notes and a soft bitterness that settles beautifully into the caramelized crust.

SIAM SUNSET

Thai Tea

Warm, fragrant, and softly indulgent.
SIAM SUNSET captures the unmistakable amber character of Thai tea—smooth, aromatic, and delicately sweet, with a lingering richness that feels both familiar and transportive.

BOMBAY TWILIGHT

Chai Tea

Layered, spiced, and glowing with warmth.
BOMBAY TWILIGHT is shaped by black tea and aromatic spice, unfolding with notes of cinnamon, cardamom, and clove in a finish that is soft, enveloping, and quietly dramatic.

With Thé Voyage, I wanted to gather those moments into one collection—three teas, three moods, three small destinations, each interpreted through the form of a canelé.

A quiet journey, taken one bite at a time.

Each canelé is handcrafted, so slight variations in shape, color, and finish may occur. Photos are for reference only.

Atelier Pick-up

Add to cart and select your preferred pick-up time. Your private order number and location details will be provided upon confirmation. Atelier guests may also discover limited micro-batch additions, available in studio only.

White Glove Delivery

Select your weekly delivery time at checkout. Delivery is $15 for single-box orders within our Austin service area, and complimentary for two-box orders. Someone must be present to receive the order; pastries will not be left unattended.

SERVED AT ITS FINEST:

STORAGE & PRESERVATION:

For same-day enjoyment, keep pastries in an airtight container at room temperature and away from heat. Do not leave them in a parked car or warm space, as heat may soften the crust quickly.

For longer storage, freeze immediately in individual airtight wrap and enjoy within 3 to 6 days for best texture. Do not refrigerate, as standard refrigeration can dry the center and compromise the exterior. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
