Each presentation holds one full-size canelé, available filled or unfilled. The interior includes a dedicated space for a handwritten note from the host. Additional correspondence cards may also be commissioned separately.

The Atelier Tasting
A private tasting and design consultation at our South Austin atelier.
Created for clients considering a qualifying event order, The Atelier Tasting is a private appointment to explore how MORI MORI may be composed for your occasion.
During your visit, we will taste a considered selection of canelé flavors and discuss the elements that shape your order—from flavor direction and quantity to presentation, personal correspondence, and the details surrounding the occasion.
Whether your plans are still taking shape or already well underway, the appointment offers a quiet space to consider the order together.

A Note on Your Tasting Fee
When your event order is confirmed, your tasting fee will be credited in full toward its final balance.
Appointments are required and offered subject to availability. Tasting fees are non-refundable and may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Credit applies solely to the event order discussed during your appointment and is not redeemable for cash.
Available for orders meeting the minimum quantities of the selected presentation format.

We’ll prepare a tailored proposal for your occasion. Your proposal will outline the selected flavors, quantities, presentation, custom elements, and final pricing.

Confirm Order
Approve your proposal and submit the required deposit to secure your date. Once confirmed, our atelier will begin preparing the details of your order.
