Welcome to Mori Mori LLC (“Mori Mori,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our private digital storefront, holding an approved member account, or securing an allocation of our artisanal creations, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Private Membership & Account Governance

Our platform operates on a strictly curated, private invitation framework. Membership accounts are generated exclusively by our internal team and issued directly to approved individuals.

  • Allocation Limits: Each private account is strictly capped at a maximum purchase of 2 boxes per scheduled allocation cycle.
  • Anti-Circumvention: Any attempt to manipulate our system, bypass the 2-box limitation, or create unauthorized alias accounts will result in immediate, permanent termination of membership privileges and the cancellation of all pending orders without prior notice.
  • Shared Credentials: While we acknowledge that member credentials may be shared within your immediate private circle, Mori Mori LLC reserves the absolute right to suspend or revoke any account exhibiting erratic, unverified, or fraudulent purchasing behavior.

2. Invitations & Passcodes

Pre-launch tasting invitations or system passcodes granted by Mori Mori LLC to individuals are a privilege, not a right. The original recipient of an invitation maintains the right to utilize it personally or transfer it to a designated peer within their network.

Any public listing, commercial resale, or unauthorized digital distribution of Mori Mori invitations or passcodes on public forums or marketplaces is strictly prohibited and will void the invitation instantly.

3. All-Inclusive Pricing & Taxation

To preserve a seamless, elegant financial transaction, all prices displayed on our platform (e.g., $48.00 or $56.00) are all-inclusive of applicable State of Texas and local sales taxes. The price you see is definitively the final amount charged at checkout.

4. Private Atelier Property, Media, & Security Protocols

The physical collection of our creations occurs at our private studio property (the “Atelier”). By entering the boundaries of the Atelier property for your scheduled pickup, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Security Monitoring: For the absolute safety of our artisans and residents, the entire exterior and surrounding perimeter of the property are under continuous 24/7 video surveillance.
  • Media & Aesthetic: While we warmly permit and encourage our guests to take photographs and share their experiences on social platforms, Mori Mori LLC reserves the right to capture casual lifestyle, cinematic, or documentary media within the Atelier pickup zone. By entering the property, you grant us permission to utilize such ambient footage (which may incidentally capture your silhouette or presence) for non-commercial brand curation.
  • If you prefer strict visual anonymity, please inform our concierge immediately upon arrival so we may expedite your 30-second fluid hand-off accordingly.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
