The Terms of Craft

At Mori Mori, every single Cannelé is an artisanal creation, meticulously baked-to-order and temperature-controlled to achieve the perfect contrast of flavors and textures. Due to the fresh, perishable, and time-sensitive nature of our pastries, all sales are definitive. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once your baking window is secured.

Please review our operational protocols carefully before placing your reservation.

1. Perishable Nature & Freshness Guarantee

Our Cannelés are crafted with uncompromising standards and zero preservatives. Because their iconic, shatteringly crisp exterior changes with time and exposure to environment, we cannot restock, resell, or salvage any pastry once it leaves our Atelier or delivery concierge. Therefore, refunds or replacements will not be issued for change-of-mind, flavor preferences, or situational availability.

2. Missed White Glove Deliveries

Our delivery slots are orchestrated down to the minute. If our courier arrives within your selected time slot and is unable to hand-deliver the package for physical signature, the delivery will be classified as failed.

To preserve food safety and our brand's quality standards, failed delivery items cannot be brought back to the studio for storage. The allocation will be responsibly decommissioned immediately, and the order will be completely non-refundable.

3. Unclaimed Atelier Pick-ups

Each Order Number is valid strictly for its selected time slot to ensure a seamless guest experience. Unclaimed boxes will be held at our Atelier only until 7:00 PM on your scheduled pickup day. Past 7:00 PM, the allocation is considered forfeited, will be disposed of, and is entirely non-refundable.

4. Our Commitment to Excellence

We manage every variable within our private studio to ensure Michelin-level execution before your collection box leaves our hands. If you experience an extraordinary physical discrepancy with your order, please contact our private concierge at morimoriatx@gmail.com within 2 hours of collection with supporting details. We appreciate clients who respect the rigid discipline required to create exceptional pastry.
