At Mori Mori, we believe that the journey of a pastry from our oven to your hands is an integral part of the culinary craft. To preserve the absolute perfection, contrast of textures, and iconic caramelized crust of our Cannelés, all fulfillment options are subject to strict allocation and timing protocols.

Allocation Limit To maintain our uncompromising standards, each member account is currently limited to a maximum purchase of 2 boxes per order.

1. Atelier Pick-up The Full Immersion · Complimentary

Choosing Atelier Pick-up is more than a transaction; it is an invitation to briefly step into our world.

The Experience — Located at our private studio, our pickup area is designed as a minimalist aesthetic pavilion, perfect for capturing the moment.

The Ritual — Upon arrival, simply present your private Order Number. Your selection will be hand-wrapped and finished with our signature ribbon in a fluid, 30-second ritual. We let our craft speak for itself, leaving you to fully immerse in the Atelier atmosphere.

The Atelier Exclusives — Pick-up guests may be invited to access secret, micro-batch experimental additions and next-season preview samples, available only at the Atelier on a first-come, first-served basis.

How it Works — Select your exclusive time slot at checkout. Your order number and precise location details will be generated upon confirmation.

2. White Glove Delivery

For those who prefer a seamless, directly-to-door experience, we offer our signature White Glove Delivery service.

Single-Box Orders — A flat rate of $15 within our designated Austin service area.

Two-Box Orders — Complimentary premium delivery.

How it Works — Select your specific weekly time slot at checkout. Because our pastries are live, delicate creations, someone must be physically present to sign for and receive the delivery. Under no circumstances will packages be left unattended by the door or exposed to the Texas elements.

The Terms of Craft Fulfillment Policy

Please review these strict conditions carefully before securing your allocation.

Missed White Glove Deliveries

Because we orchestrate our baking schedules down to the minute, our couriers operate on a zero-tolerance timing window. If our driver arrives within your selected time slot and is unable to reach you for physical signature and hand-off, the delivery will fail. Due to the ephemeral, volatile nature of fresh-baked Cannelés, failed delivery items cannot be returned to the studio for storage, nor can they be re-baked. The order will be immediately decommissioned, and no refunds or partial credits will be issued.

Late or Unclaimed Atelier Pick-ups

Each Order Number is tied strictly to its selected time slot to manage optimal guest flow and product freshness. We understand delays happen; however, to ensure your Cannelés maintain their signature shatteringly crisp exterior, unclaimed boxes will only be held until 7:00 PM on your scheduled pickup day. Any allocations remaining past 7:00 PM are considered forfeited, will be responsibly disposed of, and are completely non-refundable.
