We are a private, digital-to-atelier pastry salon dedicated to the uncompromising preservation of artisanal craft. Access to our strictly limited bakes, exclusive seasonal flavor drops, and the intimate South Austin Atelier collection ritual is a privilege reserved exclusively for our registered circle of connoisseurs.
PRINCIPLES OF DISCERNMENT
CURATION FRAMEWORK & PROTOCOLS
BY INVITATION ONLY
Membership is privately issued and unavailable through public registration. Invitations must be activated within 30 days, after which unclaimed access will expire and return to the curation pool.
ALLOCATION PRIVILEGES
Membership provides access to seasonal releases, but does not guarantee availability. All collections are produced in limited quantities, offered on a first-secured basis.
DORMANCY REVIEW
Accounts inactive for approximately 45–60 days may be placed into Dormant Status and periodically reviewed to preserve access for active members and those on the waiting list.

Non-Transferability of Membership
Membership is personal to the registered individual and may not be transferred, sold, shared, or reassigned. Access credentials and allocation history remain tied to the member profile, and the registered name must match our records at collection.
Custody of Access
Selected members may occasionally be invited to extend access through personalized invitation codes. Each code is single-use and traceable, representing a private endorsement from the issuing member and remaining subject to our review.

THE RITUAL OF ENTRY
Access to the private storefront is reserved for registered members. Please use the personalized credentials issued to your email during active allocation windows, and verify your access prior to each release.
We do not seek to be everywhere—only unforgettable to those who understand.
